WORK WITH ME
I offer PT and online coaching. PT can be done at your home or from Athlete Movement, near Bordon and Liphook.
1-1 PT Sessions
£45 per hour
Block prices: 5 sessions at £220, 10 sessions at £400. I’ll coach you to get to your goals in PT sessions that will challenge you and give you the confidence you need to lift the weights.
1-1 Remote PT Sessions
£60 per hour
Block prices: 5 sessions at £275, 10 sessions at £525. I’ll coach you to get to your goals in PT sessions in the comfort of your home gym or workout space.
Online Coaching
£100 per month
Feel confident in the gym but need the structure? My online coaching includes a weekly program and feedback to help you make the progress you want.
Online Coaching + Nutrition Bundle
£150 per month
